COVID-19
The comfort and safety of our clients is incredibly important to us. We follow all COVID-19 guidelines at all times. As per provincial health rules, masks are not mandatory for clients to wear, but we do recommend them. Our nail tech wears a mask regardless of COVID---they're just a standard piece of PPE for us!
CANCELATIONS
We know that sometimes, life happens. You can cancel your appointment anytime up to 24 hours beforehand. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a 50% cancelation fee. Cancellations less than 8 hours notice will be subject to an 100% cancelation fee. "No show" appointments will automatically be cancelled and will be charged an 100% cancellation fee. "No show" appointments are if no one shows up after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. We hope you understand that we need to keep to our schedule out of respect for the rest of our clients!
